My work is divided into a 2 or 3 stage design:

Stage 1: Assessment of needs
Stage 2: Implementation of assessments, coaching , training and facilitation
Stage 3: Analysis and written feedback of efficacy of the training (if required)
               based on subjective reports or participants and/or peers or superiors.
